Custom Calibrated Shapes

An assortment of products produced by Operation Creation including "Flex Bars©", bows, springs, rulers, exercisers, tapered, un-tapered, cored, solid and calibrated products.

The traditional skills of bow-making have been applied in the making of our products. Products such as "Flex Bars ©" (shown below) demonstrate extremely high resilience, memory and break resistance.

One method used to calibrate products

Operation Creation's developments include:

Sailbone®, tiller bars for snow grooming machines, glass fibre leaf springs, a family of pulp-log lumber rulers and typical reinforcing bars for the canvas trade. Guitar spreader bar - spreader bars are used in the process of gluing guitar bodies and could be used in similar applications. Products are manufactured by handpicked artists, who take great pride in creating world class products.
